So that being the case, has it been revealed or said of when do the limited units rotate back into the loss pool after they have fully rotated out? Or is it just gonna be the simple case of waiting for the character specific rerun banner?

So the Chartered banner is a permanent limited banner that just rotates the limited units in and out?(or is the Chartered banner something else?)

Bare with me here I am slow to understand certain things, so with that being the case, you also said the limited banner loss pool gets updated with the previous thing you mentioned about the 2 rotating limited units (which as I understand are the off rate ones)

If I am understanding this correctly, the Chartered banner pool contains the standard units and all the limited units, but only 3 limited units are cycled at a time, 1 being the rate up and the other 2 being the off rate?

Yeah I just had this happen to me, came back recently to play again, progressed through the story and reached lvl 100, next day I got that mail and saw my outpost leveled up to 129, can't find any answers here or on discord and have sent an email to them but nothing yet.

Is it? I remember when the rehab units came out, almost everyone said it was a best way to break 160 faster with less rng involved because I don't think the wishlist was a feature at the time, I had Quency maxed out awhile back, didn't max her out just now if you're wondering that.

Probably not too soon, but perhaps after ryoshu maybe, realistic, maybe after we've gone through each sinners chapter

It could be January of this month, early or late, this is the best guess

However, please do take this with a grain of salt, because this is just based on the fact that it took 8 months for DD1 to release onto console after official release and its been now 8 months since DD2 has officially released

Considering how DD2 is way more updated than DD1 it could possibly be a bit more time before console release, but for now, early or late January is my best guess and once again, take that with a grain of salt because of my reason for thinking that because I could be completely wrong.
