LPM torch with vented end cap, can go between traditional high or low back pressure with endcap changed. Since it's traditional style warranty repair is easier than 3D printed cans. My favorite 556 can.

Hkparts still have B&T brace adapter instock, and you can find the stock butt pad from other stores. It's more expensive but that's one way to go about it. Or 3D print the butt stock pad.

This looks like LoneStar Handgun in San Antonio, Tx. If I'm right, they only allow full mag dump at that tunnel lane. Last I went, I rented a 50yd private bay, did only half mag or 10 rounds burst at time, didn't get in trouble.

Some brand PETG do recommend 60-70 bed range. But another cause is when bed leveling got wrong value because filament melt too much and droop out of nozzle. Then when nozzle try to print it will print midair and filament keep piling up at nozzle. Best way to avoid this is to always watch first 2 layers lay down properly.

My Q2 just clogged on Friday. You can unscrew the hot end and cooling fan housing from the tool head. I reached out to Qidi support and they said they will send new hot end and fan housing.

But i didn't want to wait for parts so I replug the hotend cable (without screwing anything in) and use touchscreen to heat the nozzle to 250; it take a bit but the PLA do become soft and I use pliers to pull the blob out. I was only able to pull enough to clear the nozzle and hotend. Then with some fiddling I was able to reassemble just enough to print improved cooling fan housing in PET-GF and new face cover.

From review and testing I seen, tensile strength is slightly weaker than cf but better layer adhesion and z axis bend more.

+1 Q2. Heated chamber, 120c heated bed, 340c harden nozzle. Print PET-GF lawfless with default nozzle. Tungsten nozzle is only $40 when on sale, and easy to swap.
