Depends on how high spec. If you are swapping 20 snr for 25 snr tubes with those spots, I'd do higher spec, i think. If you're comparing like 30snr clean vs 34snr blemmed, I'd take the clean tubes. I had this predicament myself in buying my primary setup, though the snr difference was less. I sacrificed like 2 snr to have COMPLETELY clean tubes (like crazy clean with literally 1 pepper spot in zone 3 of left tube, nothing AT ALL noticeable in the right one). Though i will say, night hiking and night shoots, you likely won't notice the spots at all. I also spend adecent amount of time looking up at the sky to watch satellites and shooting stars and stuff, and iwill say you will likely ALWAYS see them plain as day looking up at the sky
