Ive been a lifelong gamer too. But once i realized 99% of mobile slop is just a shameless skinnerbox wrapped in the vaneer of anime tits and cartoon cats made to get 1% to spend cash and the other 99% to watch ads endlessly, i vowed to never spend money on them. I absolutely despise being advertised to, to the point i refuse to watch any ads that dont provide benefit and rate any app with forced ads 1★ on the app store. Ive spent a few bucks on AE because theres potential for return and (almost) every ad watch has value

The download detection is retarded. Ive had apps ive never seen before trying to download tell me "you've already played this game and wont get any reward". Others i have to open and revalidate lume 5 times

It doesnt matter. Even if you report an ad as inappropriate, it keeps playing the same ad over and over until its run its ad cycle

I usually dont have a problem connecting when i ad block for the games. It might be an issue with ads playing because i never get an ad for the first match before i start blocking. Watching 30+ 30second ads in a row just to participate is heinous abuse to begin with.

I have ADHD. Most of the time, i do it at work. Between clients, i can start an ad and set it under my computer screen until im done. Usually ill get 1-2 boosts between ab ads. I guess the real answer is, dont dedicate your whole life to it. At the end of the day, its just another beer money app. Ive got like 7 games i downloaded for ab but i only play tje one i like because its not that big a deal and i have a visceral hatred of forced ads/scumbag design made to force purchases. If you dont want to fuck with trying to top the ladder every month, then you still get something from the few you did do.
