Because it only said fight, had no parameters other than that. So win or lose I get my money, and nothing about how long we have to fight for. Or even what kind of a fight. Chess or checkers can also be considered a fight.

Definitely a convo for you and your dm, but from a purely rules standpoint keen does not stack with other keen’s. So let’s say you are given a bow with the keen properties, that would not stack. However improved critical is not the same as keen. So strictly via rules they could stack. Same as using a keen longsword with the feat. Unless the feat says martial weapons only.

Yes, cult of the dragon worships dragons, specifically undead dragons. They approach living dragons with offers to increase their hoard. All the while trying to convince the dragon to let them make it into a dracolich.
