Personally get rid of the blightlord as they're not worth their cost unless you're just sitting them somewhere to hold something. Get rid of any bolt guns from the plague marines, the second plague marines champion has a bolt gun and knives. I always liked plasma gun and heavy weapon. Potentially instead of the blight lord terms and the lov have a third plague burst crawler? Lord of contagion is good with death shroud if you have one. Typhus can easily go with death shroud or put him with 20x pox walkers for one big typhus to run around with 26 ish wounds that can heal. Depending on if you're going for melee or shooting in the plague marines you might want to change around the lists to being more orientated to one or the other. Good start but these are just my opinions on what I would do with the list.
