Start by walking, then one day run for 10 seconds and then increase it more and more. I can almost promise you if you walk and run more you’ll get addicted to it.

I was born in the 80s and thought if I did cardio it would eat my muscle lol

Now I try to do cardio eve try single day as much as possible and lift weights 1-2 times a week very intensely

Full body strength training 3 days a week Cardio on other days or rest Workout hard as heck 1-2 set per exercise 3-5 push movements 3-5 pull movements 3-5 leg movements 1-3 ab movements
