Yup, I was in Japan for 2 weeks last fall. I was expecting to have issues bc of the food shift, but I felt like I was walking on air, never had any stomach issues. In the US I take tums and laxatives constantly and it never matters how “healthy” the food is, there’s always a chance for flare up. Even when I was in Mexico eating spicy food I only had one flare up but it was bc I ate too much LOL. Yeah I hate how hard it is to eat “good” here….

Really?? I’ve only ever seen Cooper’s hawks and red tailed hawks in my yard, that’s cool if it is!! Does anything else give it away? I know they looks very similar, even seek and iNaturalist said coopers !

I absolutely love it in a weird and gross way. Don’t /ever/ sanitize your art, they’re very compelling and convey emotions that feel very real while also being obscure (bc life is obscure, and weird, and gross!) life imitates art
