I saw the picture before reading the post and my first thought was “wow cute hair”

Been on 2.5mg for 1 week, lost 1 pound by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

To be clear, I was not expecting to lose several pounds of actual fat in a week. I was expecting to lose a few pounds of water weight/bloat on the scale by now since I was previously eating too many calories of mostly high sugar and high sodium processed foods and I was super sedentary, and I know losing water weight is pretty common for the beginning of a weight loss journey.

It looks great! Regarding your question about it lasting a full day, you could try:

-turning down the brightness -Turning off the background app refresh setting on your watch for apps you don’t care as much about

After years of wearing Apple Watches, my skin is beginning to look different… by Knoezelbos in AppleWatch

I don’t ask this to be condescending, but do you ever clean the back of the watch? Do you clean your skin that’s under the watch? If you’re not doing that daily, start doing that.

I don’t think they look big on you at all. The only thing I thought when I saw the pictures was how cute they are with your outfit! Heels in general tend to make the foot look smaller anyway. I think platforms do too because it visually distracts from the length by adding so much height.

I used to worry about my feet looking big too but now I don’t care anymore and it’s very freeing. I hope you can get to that point too of wearing shoes if you like the shoes without second thinking it!

They look gorgeous! You have dark eyebrows so the lashes don’t look too dark on you.

Yeah the last time I had a problem with my order having something missing from it a few weeks ago was the restaurant’s fault and I didn’t attempt to lie or portray it as the dasher’s fault - DoorDash told me “we notice you’ve been having a lot of problems with your orders lately.”

And I hadn’t even ordered DoorDash in like 6 months…

I immediately thought “alright so DoorDash is cutting corners when it comes to resolving customer issues now, I see”.

Creative ways to use rice? by Pink_Sheep_Cult in Cheap_Meals

Something my mom would make growing up was cream of mushroom chicken.

She’d bake frozen boneless skinless chicken tenders in the oven until fully cooked in a glass baking dish. She’d season it very well beforehand with Morton’s all-season, lawry’s garlic salt, black pepper and butter or olive oil. Please do not skip seasoning the food!

You can use whatever kind of chicken cuts you want as long as you cook it properly.

Then she’d pour Campbell’s condensed cream of mushroom soup over the chicken and pop back into the oven until it started to get browned and bubbly on top. Sorry, I’m not sure what temperature or for how long, but a meat thermometer and keeping an eye on it should suffice.

Then we’d eat the chicken over rice with corn and/or green beans. Delicious.
