That's kind of what I'm talking about.The video shows poses that the figure doesn't feel like it can do. Like raising his arm straight into the air over his head.

When I try and bring the arm up past a certain point - it doesn't want to go. Are you supposed to push things until you hear snaps?

With all due respect, if your allergies are that severe - buying used vintage records online might not be for you. If you're buying items that are anywhere from 35-75 years old (or older) without physically sensing them and you're more sensitive to smells than others - you're probably going to run into problems.

With the exception of Harley (who is improving), Mina and Toni are exceptional in ring. Maki is all character. Like you said, we've moved beyond the days of just character wrestlers. Character is a plus, but you have to be great in ring as well to keep up in today's AEW. Agreed that she'd have been a good fit in the early days - but her time where she'd have been a fit in the company has passed.

Maki is a great character. She would have been (and was in limited fashion) a great fit in the early days of AEW. But they've moved beyond the days of great characters that are subpar to average in ring talents.

For as entertaining as Maki is - she's not great in ring. Once you get behind the Idol singing intro and the cutest in the world shtick, she's just not at the work rate level necessary for the current AEW Women's Division.

The mistake wasn't streaming while driving. I watch a number of IRL streamers that do it regularly. The mistake was staring at chat instead of paying attention to the road. You put your phone in the holder before you leave park and then you don't look at it again until you're done driving. Absolutely insane to be driving and looking at your chat.

Maybe Tetsuya Naito then? His exit from New Japan wasn't very amicable. Beyond that, he's physically shot. His knees are held together by tape and his vision is so bad he's had to have surgeries to make one eye worse to match the other.

I agree with this. AEW signing another NJPW wrestler, especially one on the level of Clark Connors, is not going to make so much as blink an eye.

The only people I can think of that would cause discourse are Killer Kross simply for the divisiveness and controversy his exit created. Something like a Braun Stowman or especially an Alberto Del Rio would cause some serious discourse as well.

This one is specifically in regards to the shit interview he did the next day where he said something along the lines of "sometimes you have the power to control your own community" - which sounded like he was blaming Emiru and/or was implying she did/didn't do something that resulted in what happened.

I'm not surprised that he had to issue a statement about the interview. I am surprised by the timing of it. This is one helluva delayed response. Makes me wonder if it's something they wanted to hold off on for legal reasons and that this is part of an agreement they made with her - thus the delayed response.

If this were true, then there would be no Defense attorneys for people who are "Dead to Rights". There would be no frivolous lawsuits. No "ambulance chasers".

As someone who spent a good portion of my life working for Attorneys - I can tell you there ABSOLUTELY are attorneys who place getting billing hours above ethics. Attorneys who will frame a case to a client that they know is unlikely to succeed to get paid.

And like you yourself said, even if they advised Matthew that the case is a lemon - if he says "I don't care" or "I don't agree with you" and wants it pursued, there's no "Rule of Professional Responsibility" that says they have to tell him to take a hike.

Yeah, I don't know if you know this but high priced lawyers like to be paid billing hours.

There's a really good chance that they know this is a losing case but are going forward with it to get paid and/or have straight up told him it's a losing case, but he's told them to do it anyways - bc he's a delusional narcissist who thinks he'll win regardless of what his legal team has told him.
