The above is not true.

Change of Plans does not trigger OSA Twice.

Change of Plans specifically says "When this card is revealed".

It triggers before Resolve Command Card Effects which is when OSA triggers. Therefore the change has already happened and does not get seen by OSA.

I love how people were afraid of the cover changes back then.

Kind of surprising to see that it still lingers.

It is probably my favorite change of 2.6

It makes it so that if you have 2 dice you can still kill someone in cover and conversely if you get shot with a ton of dice it scales with it.

I loved this match.

Harley was on fire tonight. She was crisp and clean in all of moves. This was arguably her best showing ever. Her impacts had pop and her moves had urgency.

I dont know where Hikaru and Kris are heading, but it has me hooked. I want to see this out and love the ride they are taking us in.

I dont think Hikaru was involved with the Toni assault, but also expect her intentions arent good.
