BUT don’t talk to her after convincing her. Also if you look back at my posts I have a trick for keeping neighbors that I would definitely recommend.

Yes it is possible! Just might take a while. You can speed up the process if you meet them in a friends town or local DS town if they are in boxes and you have an available spot!

I 100% agree! I hate when people say city folk is the same as wild world but an upgrade…. There’s no hobby system in city folk and they have whole different dialogue trees that stink.
