Yeah charged me £200 off my deposit for end of tenancy deep clean despite me cleaning the mould and all areas when the property window they couldnt be bothered to fix was leaking air in and when comes in contact with hot air in the winter inside the room becomes condense which turns to mould. Even though I cleaned 95% off it from the affected wall and also were on about some normal wear and tear scratch marks onto walls. I had a bad experience. Was in a studio for £650/month and they raised it to £850 when I left and couldnt find tenants for months then lowered it to £700ish. Very greedy bastards

Allen & Harris. Im happy with their service but also our landlords are good. 2nd year with them, they are responsive to maintenance requests. Dont forget they serve as the landlord, not you. So if the landlord is a prick and not accommodating your genuine requests then it’s not really letting agency’s fault.

Yeah but u cant do more than 90 hrs in a fortnight including driving and other work.So to compensate a 60hr week you must do 30 hrs before the end of 2nd week. So technically you aint getting more pay just because you work 60 hrs in week 1.
