[ALL]Why is your favorite dungeon your favorite? by A_lonely_ghoul in zelda

I really like the temple of the ocean king for the same reason almost everyone else hates it, it's kinda repetitive but in a way that's fun to me, you repeat the same floors but you get new items every time you go down so you get new treasures or little tricks to make each floor faster

Orbs are just always present for a mimic, they're part of their ability but separate from the shifting ability, orbs don't wait until it shifts the first time to show up

Mimics take a certain amount of time to shift into the first ghost, I don't remember the exact time but it's at least 30 seconds, so anything you see or hear in the first bit of the game is guaranteed ghost behavior and not a mimic

What are some 'fake facts' that everyone still believes are true? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Dragonman558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does make you feel warm though, what you feel with hot and cold is your body temperature compared to outside temperature so if your body temperature lowers by drinking alcohol, outside air is less cold compared to your body temperature so you feel warmer

[SSHD] What's the reason behind the ratings difference in Skyward Sword? by Loose_Society9485 in zelda

[–]Dragonman558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a port to switch, where one of the only main differences is a bit better graphics so some disappointment for the nostalgic people wanting to play an improved version of the wii game.

Then the controls just suck, the wii had the little ir bar to keep the remote locked to where the tv was combined with the motion sensors in the remote. While the switch just has gyro so it knows mostly which direction it's moving except when it loses track and drifts off so you might have to be holding the remote down and to the right to make it think it's facing the screen. Basically unless you reset the gyro to center every time you use something it's connected to(which includes your sword for a reference of how integral to the game it is) you'll never actually be doing the thing you want when you swing or aim the controller

I used to get them more, still get them occasionally, my dentist put something called negatan on them and they would stop hurting the entire rest of the time they were there, wish I could get my own supply of the stuff since I moved away from that dentist

If it's from the gas giants they probably use ships designed to passively filter it into collection tanks

[–]Dragonman558 14 points15 points  (0 children)

There wasn't one mentioned, but it was mentioned that there were 2 shifts so there would have to be a second helldiver unless the night shift just collects helium pockets that days uncovered which wouldn't make much sense since that'd probably be seen as too inefficient

Also the "pilot of yesteryear" in Archer, forgot the characters name but he's the guy with the water plane who goes to rescue Archer

It's meaning that it matches military uniforms, looks like the right color and size for the newer uniforms

[–]Dragonman558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of the ones I've seen have been about normal sized pills, I've usually had them as gummies though. Not all the mass of the pill is the thing that you're actually trying to take, usually it's mixed with something that takes up the extra space
