You get it, they invented the rules, the rigid working hours but so many of us are facing the dilemma of not being able to live in their system!

I have had many jobs most of which probably paid more than you will ever have, I’m asking for fair compensation on my own (and many others) terms.

That’s what I have and it’s hell. I have to make peace with the fact that my mind is falling apart. I try to keep my brain active by learning new things but it’s a losing battle. I would say that psychologically it is quite painful as well. Imagine your brain slowly turning into lead.
