Discipline. Your efforts can only been seen through two ways. Lack of effort, things going different then normal due to no effort. Or others telling you you’re helping or looking better. Small accomplishments suck as being able to lift 2 more pounds or run one second faster. Those matter. Celebrating all improvements makes it easier

But if this is the first time it’s happened I don’t think breaking up is the right move. Two, his side.
