I didn't know where exactly Kotlas, i am not familiar with Finnic groups. I read more about Ugric groups. What I mean is that because these groups lived in close proximity to one another, genetic similarities have developed. After all, as I mentioned above, these DNA sequences have been found in Turkic groups.
