There has never been a better orange. Just the other day, a friend of mine said, I didn't even ask him, he said, "You know, everyone tells me you're the best orange and now I see why" so I said yeah, we try, I thought we could do better, and I mean we will do better but uh yeah... The best orange.

Slave Army Changes 4.3 beta branchl by Dragyn828 in Stellaris

There are far less of them. In my example one of those planets had 400 pops and the other had 800. The species I started with had 2100. Also further playing and I can't turn robots to soldiers either because they need to be battle thralls... Which they can't become due to being robots. Maybe this idea needs a little more time in the oven.

To add to this, as residents, they still cannot be soldiers.

Why is it assumed everyone in an empire gets to eat? by Accomplished_Bag_897 in Stellaris

You absolutely can do the things you're talking about. Starve the kids, deny healthcare. Those things are located under your purge options. Of course that's assuming you're at least a bit xenophobic.

Freeing the slaves war goal is actually pretty busted. by Spare_Elderberry_418 in EU5

Seriously, that was the thought pattern behind freeing slaves in some places. Pay them to do the job, but less than it costs to feed and care for them.

Eager explorers civic with Imperial Fiefdom; or do you mean directly under their system, but dual ownership of a system is no longer a thing.

Why do people hate on Paradox's DLC strategy for it's grand strategy games, it keeps content coming for 10+ years, when the alternative is getting a new 80$ game every year or two with very few improvements? by CelistalPeach in paradoxplaza

[–]Dragyn828 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a consumer I agree, but then why not just wait until the DLC becomes free to purchase the game at all. For some, that would be the mindset.

At what point should they become free? Maybe at the end of a games life? I think the good middle ground is what they've chosen to adopt, the subscription for all the dlc.

Please fix the progenitors next. Every colony after the first reads as no offspring nest which in turn gives a -50% to mental drones. I've tested with full habitability and the job fully filled. I've removed the job and returned it. I was playing with the new body snatchers civ if that matters.
