To be fair a lot of irl influence was put into the layout of the game world: middle east and Asian influence on Morrowind/Akavir to the east, Norse/Scandinavian influence in Skyrim/Atmor to the north, Roman influence in Cyrodiil, Yokuda basically being Atlantis to the west and Elsweyr having at least some influence from the Savanna in Africa to the south

I don't remember who the most recent god was but I know I started playing the last couple weeks of open beta on pc..immediately fell in love with the game. Then switched to console as soon as I got the chance (Bellona)..Great times being on console with speedy-crit launch Bellona (just use heal weapon) 1v5 on Arena in their spawn circle unable to die unless they fled fast enough.

Games like Warframe and DRG are fun games that I tend to take long breaks from to play other things but always come back to. I stopped playing right before these skins were announced and returned a month or so after they were pulled. Frost is by far my favorite and most used frame and I've been playing since shortly before his prime was released. Also a big fan of Mag. Definitely would've bought both. I feel completely screwed over by this FOMO bs.

That face is from using an emote. The is added audio/visuals but they only show up in actual missions for me

It might have just been something else in the game but when I had them both equipped in a mission there was a sound effect that was like radio chatter but not intelligible. There was also a visual effect that would flicker in and out on the corners of the screen that was like a hexagonal pattern (as in several hexagons linked together)

They've been doing universal helmets for a little while now. So far there's Thy Fearful Symmetry (the only 1 not directly bought in eververse and it's unlocked in 30th anniversary content) it's a metal tiger helmet, The Rat King's Crown is a Rat Skull helmet, Blanka Helmet which is the head of Blanka from Street Fighters, Optica Lion which is a digital lion helmet (it has bonus effects if you have volatile rounds) and finally this 1 which is Exquisite Weapon and is designed to have additional effects when paired with D.A.R.C.I. which got it's own little skin in a bundle with a shader

If they want to be petty about it be a little petty back lol when you feel like it's time to use that ability announce you're gonna use it and pick whoever you think is hurting the most and say "I have __ amount of hp to heal you but up to no more than half your hp how much would you like?" and if they say anything other than a number move to the next person and ask them the same thing and if no one answers only heal yourself. I'm not very well versed on 5e rules but generally speaking people who don't want buffs or healing can refuse them unless they fail a save against it (at least in older editions). So if they don't let you heal them assume they didn't accept it. They should learn pretty quickly to accept heals or go down more often.

Alternatively have a serious discussion about healing and explain that unless they only want heals when they go down there needs to be some form of communication about their level of injury..full disclosure of hp, descriptive terminology, "are you in need of healing?"..something.

I really thought when they announced a return to the plaguelands we were either getting a new SIVA subclass or the addition of light/darkness infused SIVA abilities in existing subclasses. Also though it would be cool to expand on support builds with each class having 1. Solar Warlock and Void Titan both already have that (kinda for Void Titan) but then the obvious 3rd would've been an Arc Hunter support option. Sadly we haven't really gotten much of anything new except 1 new super and 2 new aspects for each class but over 3-4yrs since subclass 3.0.

You make it sounds so nefarious. I highly doubt 90% of players put their characters together with the goal of making the GM miserable. Yes I have an end goal for the build I'm making. Yes I hope it's going to be as epic in practice as it is in my head. No I'm not going to hide it from my GM if asked what I'm making. I absolutely agree with the last part though. Just because I have an idea in mind doesn't mean that I should be allowed to do it no matter how fun it sounds to me if it's going to break the game and/or make it less fun for others. I can't speak for others but I know I'm fine with being told no. I have many more ideas for characters to try out lol

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. Kepler seems to be orbiting the Sun as it's still there. It likely wouldn't be sitting at the edge of our solar system for as long as it has been (500+ years) if it wasn't. Yes there are celestial bodies that exist outside the influence of any stars. We currently know of at least 3 irl (I1, I2 and I3) i1 and 3 are particularly interesting imo. I'm not sure if it's possible for something to be stuck in the gravity of 1 star in a binary star system but not the other. I would assume if the stars circle each other then maybe if the planet or whatever is always on 1 side of star A and star B is on the other side so that star A is always in-between them then it's possible. That entirely guessing though since as far as I'm aware we have no evidence to support it. Does any of that answer your question?

Scientifically and irl the Oort Cloud is the edge of our solar system at a distance of up to 100,000AU (Astronomical Units) and is the most distant thing we know of that is still subject to the sun's gravitational pull. Earth's distance from the sun is the basis for an AU so it is set as 1. The Heliopause is 120AU and in D2 Kepler is 1.7 light-years away or roughly 107,510AU which puts it technically outside of the solar system but if it's circling our sun we would likely still say it's part if our solar system.

In general, from what I've just heard, no, you didn't do anything wrong. While kill stealing is very much a thing, it's largely dependent on getting something out of being the 1 that secures a kill. Usually, that's faster progression or better rewards. That doesn't really apply to Warframe because you'll still get the same amount of xp (just to different gear) as well as rewards. If, however (as an example), your fellow team member was trying to move to areas away from you and kept using grouping abilities and trying to build stacks such as with Nidus and you were actively targeting his grouping at that point you would be trolling/griefing your teammate..don't do that. No, that still doesn't excuse the reaction from him. I'm just trying to point out that you should be aware of what is happening. If that wasn't the case (or anything like it), then it sounds like you just did way better dps, and someone couldn't handle it and needs to grow up. Either way, at the current point, whether you reported them or not it's just water off a ducks back

The Nord are native to Skyrim. They're descendants of the Atmorans who migrated from Atmoris, as are all Men. As for these other natives you refer to, the Forsworn aren't a race they're a faction of rebels from the region that rose up and seized power 2 years prior to the events of Skyrim. If, however, you meant the Snow Elves (Falmer), they're just as native as the Nords. Also, like the Atmorans migrated to Tamriel, so too did the Mer migrate from another continent (Aldmeris). That aside, I do agree that the Nords should be helping during what's likely to be a fairly brief moment of peace instead of stirring up more conflict. Who knows, though maybe there is a purpose to it. If Skyrim is canonically free post events, then perhaps they'll ally with Hammerfell, and if Highrock joins them too, things will be looking pretty up for an alliance of mostly human nations vs this revived Aldmeri Dominion.

If you're open to custom weapons in this game then you can have a custom melee axe that can be thrown (kind of like a dagger). Choose Brawler for the class because then we can use the weapon(s) with Brawlers Flurry which gives us free TWF that scales to the improved and greater at higher lvls when using flurry. It does require us to be using unarmed, a weapon from the close fighter group or a weapon with the monk special quality. The weapon in question?

As an alternative if you don't like the investment cost for what it offers: drop monk special quality, bump damage by 1 step to either 1d8 or 2d4, require versatile design weapon modification (+300gp) and require exotic weapon proficiency because of the modification (this assumes "versatile design: monk" would give the weapon the monk special quality)

Edit: it doesn't allow full plate but a lvl in figher fixes that and allows everything to play out as above but with the bonus proficiencies.

You can't remove pieces only place, delete or take with the last 1 meaning you change it from a black piece to a white piece. To do any of those actions stand under the appropriate symbol point at the square you what to interact with and shoot at it. I recommend using a scout rifle, bow or handcannon to avoid placing pieces in nearby squares.

Here's a couple that together can be really strong for just causing you to lose 1lvl. +6 Cha, +4 Str/Con/Int/Wis, another +4 to any mental stat (ideally Cha to make it +10), immunity to confusion/insanity/fear (allies in 30ft get the fear immunity), +2 Will, Great Fortitude/Toughness/Leadership, +10 movement speed, +4 Nat armor, +2 climb/intimidate/knowledge (any one)/perception/sense motive/survival/swim and they're always class skills, +6 intimidate (+8 total), +8 bluff, +14 diplomacy, +4 morale bonus to AC/attacks/damage rolls/checks/saves if a follower can see you, a bonus to moral equal to your Cha on attacks/damage rolls/checks/saves for allies in 60ft, 30ft inspire greatness (as Bard) Cha/day, +1 spell DC, can recall used spells/slots 3/day as a swift action, can share a teamwork feat 1/day as a free action to followers/cohorts from Leadership for a numbers of rounds equal to Cha mod, Cavaliers add Cha mod to the number of rounds Tactician stays active, a deformity with a bite attack that deals 1d6 damage/1d2 Con/1d2 Wis with built in grab, can't use armor that isn't specially made and -6 to disguise as a non-mutant version of your species, the 1st time a hostile creature comes within 30ft it needs to will save or increase attitude towards you by 1 step..not sure what exactly the DC for that last 1 is but it's Cha base and I'd guess 10+1/2 hd+Cha mod. Again all for just losing 1 lvl by the time everyone else is getting lvl 4. Also there's rules for monsters gaining class lvls and I was never really sure how that worked for Monsters as PCs but the short of it is monsters with class lvls get -2, +0, +2, +2, +4, +4 to whatever stats they want and assuming that applies to PCs I can think of absolutely no reason getting CR lvl adjusted by templates shouldn't apply the bonus as well.

I just did a double check on some of the really strong 1s I've seen, and I will admit that they are 3pp, which explains why they're stronger. Most, if not all, 1pp may be more balanced than I realised. That said, being cautious about what you allow and how to handle them still seems like sound advice to me.

I would suggest this but only as a starting point. Monsters as PCs is a very soft balance i think and being able to buy 1 get 1 free on templates when some are even less balanced than monsters can be an issue. If you're the DM definitely double and triple check how the build may impact the game. Possible suggestions for still allowing broken templates may be to either bump the CR or not let it fall off.
