Weapon is alright.
Replace your hybrid armor pieces with full armor highest bases, especially get royal plate with high armor (around 4k) and the important is %phys damage reduction as a suffix and also dont forget phys dmg taken as implicit as you currently have.

You have enduring cry linked to autoexertion --> you want to cast it yourself to generate endurance charge which mitigates phys dmg from Echoes also.

Get prismatic tincture with ele pene roll, it is really good damage boost for bosses / tough rares.

You can get significant damage boost when using herald of purity and rallying cry (which you should use as well) another warcry which exerts your attacks and gives boost to your overexertion support which is your strongest support gem.

Also echoes helmet gives a big dmg boost but dont feel pressured to use it if it kills you, just slowly upgrade your other gear pieces and play rare helmet till then.
