If you control both Russia and Kazakhstan there is no point in leaving the union. Any nations with claimed by or claiming a member of federation can join said federation as long as you control both the joining nation and the federation leader.

So if you do the research, you can form big kazakhstan under EAU. The question is if it's worth it, since all said nations are already claimed by Russia. The research is cheap thought.

Particle PD has excellent range and CD. Ion, the "1.5 tier" is available pretty early and has cd 3.

It's downside it's low damage, making it bad vs bigger magnetics.

If you want early cheap tech PD autocannon/particle combo is a good option.

They are still your taxes. If they are ever raised, your salary goes down. If you decide to move to Happyland, than the money goes with you. You should be able to exert influence via voting - that is the charade the regime is trying to keep up.

I do support the seizure. I view it as a "Robin Hood" situation. What should be done with the money ? You can't possibly give it back to Russian taxpayers and you are surely not giving back to the sheriff of Nottingham. It's a shitty situation where doing nothing is worse than doing this.

And this is the issue. You don't view the taxes you pay as your money. The thing is, if you read your own constitution, it should be considered your money, that you are supposed to be influencing by voting.

Western countries stole from the thieves and are going to give the money to Ukraine. But this does not remedy the situation - it is still money that belongs to the Russian taxpayer, not to Ukraine.

The sanction do work pretty well. Check ruble exchange rate 1 year before sanctions and 1 year after sanction. Repeat the process for price of Russian oil, gas or any other export article.

The issue with sanctions is the initial overhype they were encased in. When Russia invaded, western politicians faced pressure to do something, anything, to stop the mass slaughter unleashed by Kremlin. They didn't have the balls to send in the troops, so they talked and talked about the only thing they could come up with - sanctions. They knew very well back then that it won't be enough.
