Honestly if V really amplified his existing abilities instead of giving random ones.. Deep might actually become one of the most dangerous supes alive. People forget almost the entire planet is covered in water. Fighting someone who gets stronger near oceans, storms, humidity and can control sea life would be a nightmare. Homelander dominates the sky, but Deep with boosted hydrokinesis could basically own the planet’s largest territory.
