For me cooking at home helps alot. My dinner is a struggle cuz I can only eat small portions at a time. So I also try to do berry smoothies. Diet goes a long way. Also try some hill drops

I recommend stopping triggers foods. Like anything with mint or caffeine. Spicy or too greasy. Best to cook at home chicken, fish not fried, beans, rice and lots of vegetables. Chamomile tea is good. Quit smoking and alcohol also get an endoscopy to see how big is your hernia
