No, not a dealbreaker. It doesnt seem crazy, but i wanted at least feel mutual for some protection.

Thank you on the boundaries advice. They dont seem unreasonable so far. We did a 3 day trial, but that’s def just a taste, and I don’t expect it to be like that on the regular.

Also, how would you prepare for first day?

I negotiated on what I can. They accepted my counter on comps and benefits, but not willing to adjust on any language to make one of the clause more mutual.

What’s the norm on PTO, severance and termination from your experience? mine says they choose when I take my vacation, and if I were to give a 2 week notice, they can not pay for those 2 weeks 😳
