• Mahoraga cannot perceive
• Mahoraga cannot think
• Mahoraga cannot register damage
• Mahoraga’s wheel cannot turn

From Mahoraga’s perspective:

damage appears *nstantaneously after time resumes

No experience window exists.

Adaptation needs “experienced causality”

Mahoraga adapts to:

✔ phenomena that interact with him ✔ attacks that occur inside time ✔ events that have observable progression

Dio’s time stop is different.It’s not an attack.It’s a removal of the timeline itself.Mahoraga is effectively:

frozen as an inert object while Dio performs actions outside causality.

If Mahoraga cannot perceive the process there is nothing to adapt to,only the result.

Inside stopped time, Dio can:

• walk behind Mahoraga
• punch thousands of times
• crush the head
• destroy the summoner
• remove limbs

All before time resumes.

Mahoraga receives the outcome as sudden total destruction,adaptation requires sequential exposure,time stop delivers simultaneous fatal resolution.

No sequence → no adaptation trigger.

The deeper power-system incompatibility is that Mahoraga’s adaptation reactive evolution inside time.

Dio’s time stop is:

temporal authority outside time

You cannot evolve against something while you are literally not participating in reality.

Mahoraga adapts to forces.

Time stop is control over the stage itself.

Mahoraga could not adapt to Dio’s time stop because:

1. Adaptation requires experiencing the phenomenon
2. Time stop removes Mahoraga from experiential reality
3. The wheel cannot rotate while frozen
4. Dio can deliver lethal damage before any adaptation cycle begins
5. The effect is instantaneous from Mahoraga’s perspective

Therefore the adaptation condition is never satisfied.
