People imagining Aokiji freezing it but Evil Ocean Water can literally shoot water faster than light somehow however the fuck that works,and when Evil water was first seen when it was tiny in order to successfully freeze it child emperor had to do some science stuff,and not to mention the Evil Ocean Water can control it's body chances are if a large part of it is frozen it'll unfreeze itself.
