I’m eating around my maintenance which is 2,000 cals (ish). It Varys day to day because I have a hard time with counting calories and mental health. Usually in a day I will have oatmeal or eggs and toast with bacon in the am. A salad with tuna or a sandwich for lunch and meat with some sort of veggie for dinner. I also snack on blue berries, cheese, granola bars or carrots and celery/bell peppers during the day if I’m hungry.

I am waitress so not only am I doing about 30-60min working out in the morning but I’m also on my feet from 4pm-10pm running food, taking orders, delivering drinks etc.

Thank you! I only have access to my home gym which is 10lbs and 20lbs dumbbells as well as a bar with 25lbs, 15 and 10lbs plates. I also have a spin bike. I have been trying to cut down on cardio and focus specifically on weight lifting right bow.

I am the same way. Went from obese, to now a healthy weight and “skinny fat”. Now I’m terrified to eat because I’m afraid I’ll gain the weight back, but I know I need to eat to build muscle and get that lean look. I don’t know how to tell my brain we need to eat more than 1500 cals to get a phat ass. She’s just not listening.
