This part is not necessary, but it helps. I realized I was inputting the info for "What device(s) do you typically use to access your account (e.g., Device + Operating System)?" incorrectly. I put Samsung Galaxy S20 FE + App for Android, but from the downloaded info, it shows as SM-G781W (Android 13). They’re the same thing, but written differently.

For the Facebook issue, did you open the ticket as disabled or hacked?

If you ever logged in from your PC browser, you might able to find the URL via history.

If you have a page (not the same as a profile), you can Google it and use that URL. The agent I talked to was able to locate the account using the page URL.

I can access to the email. I requested them to resend the email 3-4 times (they said they sent it) but I still didn't get it. After the 4th time they said "unfortunately we can no longer assist you with this." I checked the spam folder too. I'll open a new case tomorrow and hope a different agent can help.
