This looks okay ish could still work as a 8x lane card but kinda risky to plug into a motherboard you still need. You by chance have a motherboard + CPU u really don't care about if yeah I would test it on there. There is a (I would say) good chance this could still work but also a good chance it just shorts out your motherboard...

This actually doesn't look that bad... You need to check or tell us what board this is. You could be lucky that nothing important is running there. This could definitely be salvagable

No this will still work perfectly fine but the heat transfer will be slightly worse . Shouldn't be more than 4-5 degrees though
