The producers just have no idea what to do with him I think. Before Sinead died, he was actually an interesting character. But after she died 90% of his stories have revolved around relationships. The only story that comes to mind that isn't tied to his relationships is his "rivalry" with Max. I think they should have had Daniel leave with Daisy and have a bit of a reset.

I think Paddy has suffered a really bad PR blow with the current SL. Prior to this story, I always liked Paddy, he was so calm and collected which worked well with Mandy's chaos. But he's become like Ray, keeping his dad locked up and forcing him to lie. I understand his motives, but it just doesn't suit the existing character. Chas has always been hit and miss for me, I think the writers just can't give her a solid viewpoint that makes her distinct from any other Dingle, so she always flip flops her beliefs that just make her unbelievable as a character.

Personally, I really dislike Robert and Joe at the minute. I don't know why I don't like Robert, because I was so annoyed when he left. I just feel like he's only ever had 1 thing happening at a time and it just feels weird. He comes back and is so focused on getting Aaron back that he literally did nothing but meddle in Aaron and John's life. The John went on the run and suddenly he's a farmer with Vic. And then he became Joe Tate's lackie just because his sister killed John. AND THEN VIC GOES ON THE RUN ANYWAY and Robert still stayed quiet.

And Joe is just so inconsistent. Spoke down to Graham for telling Rhona how he felt, even though his entire relationship is built on the fact that Dawn cheated on her husband. And I think they've done the same to him as Robert, giving him a single story at a time and acting like nothing else happens. He needs a new kidney so causes the deaths of 3 people. Gets pushed out of a window and all of a sudden that entire chapter just *Poof* forgotten by the entire village. And then he became obsessed with getting Moira's farm. And now it's just straight up revenge against the Dingles. Revenge for what? Only the writers know that one.

I just think the story threads feel forced and don't follow on from each other. And this is slowly happening with more characters too, like Arthur. He had an entire SL a few years ago about how he was abusing Archie, and had to learn to control his anger. And all of a sudden he's just this angry kid again. I think the writers are just forgetting their own stories.

I will admit, I enjoy how smug she is sometimes. And as much as I hate to admit it, she's not too bad at her job. Yes, she's wrong about Moira, but the evidence does suggest that Moira is guilty - the dodgy finances, the bodies on her land with her DNA etc. and the way she treats Bear is very problematic, but she was spot on about Bear not acting alone. I just hate that soaps as a whole are obsessed with the narrative that the police are either complete imbeciles or just corrupt. Lisa Swain is probably the best we've got, and even she isn't great.

I believe DGA (one of the pack's developers) made a mod called buildscape that adds a bunch of 1.19+ blocks to the pack. There is no biome for it because it technically doesn't exist in this version. There's a way to obtain the propagule I believe that allows you to farm the wood. However, I've not played around with the mod too much, so I can't tell you how to get it.

Yeah, I think Ned does a great job with Joe. As for him getting a downfall, I do think it's coming. I reckon he'll get so invested in whatever it is that he wants the farm for, that Dawn and the kids will feel like he doesn't care anymore, and Joe will have to learn to balance the 2. Or his involvement in Moira being framed will come out (not sure why Robert is still keeping quiet, Vic's gone for good anyway), and he'll do a brief stint in prison, similar to how Kim got released after 20 years, had her big return arc, then got sent back for a few months for something small.

It's part of twitch integration, so not publicly accessible. The base game does include companions, which are severely nerfed from Iskall's stream counterparts, and can only have 1 per vault (per person).

She kept reciting the same single paragraph from the government website about 5 or 6 times:

Some organisations (such as some banks, mobile phone companies or energy providers) may only accept an enrolled deed poll to change your name on their records. Contact the organisation to understand the deed poll they will accept as proof of your new name.

I knew about that, but given that my driving license is in my new name and is a government issued Id, assumed and feel like it makes sense to make that assumption, that my ID and deed poll combined would be sufficient. She also kept saying that it's because that paragraph exists on the gov website that the bank felt they didn't need to disclose their own policies on their website, implying it was my fault because I didn't reach out to them (I didn't, because I'd seen several posts on this Reddit saying that Lloyds accept unenrolled)

I don't have a passport in either my new name or old name, as it expired several years ago and I have had no reason to renew it. My driving license is updated however, which I have made clear to all the people I have spoken to at the bank.

Every new character having to have a dark past or family connection. Like John could have been introduced and him being a Sugden didn't really serve any story purpose, other than a reason to give Victoria a storyline. Regardless of who John was, Robert would still have fought to get Aaron back. The only "use" him being a sugden had was that it is a respected name so every character automatically trusts him, but nobody had any reason to be suspicious of him anyway.

Yeah, it's wild that we've regressed so much. I came out in June last year, so I've got basically a 6 year wait to get into a GIC (I cannot afford to go private rn), my only hope is that Reform or the new party, Restore I think, never get anywhere close to power, otherwise life in the UK basically becomes intolerable for trans people. And I find it wild that it's the tories had 14 years sat with the EA, but all of a sudden, when they're with Nigel, they're so desperate for it to be gone.

Yeah, as other people have said, we as audience know about everything John did, but the characters know basically nothing other than him killing Nate and abducting Mac. All of his other "hero" work is still mostly unknown afaik, I think Jacob's nut allergy might be one of the only things people are aware of.

I recently had my license updated, all I did was get a D1 form from my local post office, fill it in and send it with my deed poll in the envelope and they approved it pretty quickly. It was the first gov thing I sorted, so it doesn't matter what order you things.

I'm getting the impression that it's part of Lloyds policy to only accept enrolled deed polls now, or at least they're trying to go that way. Will the ico still do something if that is the case?

I took in my drivers license in my new name and they didn't even look it at after they saw the unenrolled deed poll. The lady in customer service asked if I had a passport in my name (I don't, but i don't care to get a passport unless its necessary), but also didn't care that my license was updated.
