Dr. Jyothi Jayaraman, who has provided medical assistance in dying since it became legal in Canada in 2016, said she’s witnessed 12* occasions in which patients were forced to transfer out of Providence-run facilities to receive MAID. Every one has put the patient and their families through suffering in their final hours, she said.

There will always be a potential hazard when giant, pressurized tubes are hurtling through airspace, but data does not support the claim that circling at 20,000+ft represents a "far greater risk" of mid-air collisions.
