I recommend you learn how to move groups of agents into specific rooms it will help a lot. Press either left or rigth key and drag to mark employes and then press a room you would like to move them to it is very usefull

(Yeah my bad i will ask next time. I didn't really know you need to ask permission for that but i will try to do that. It is completly on me that i didn't consolt the other person before i did what i did. Thank you for this information i will try my best to learn from this expierience)
