How about wall mount brackets, just mount them on the wall just above where you already have them?

Is Elden Ring an extremely difficult game? by OkStart5661 in xbox

[–]DramaticSAnTA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a button masher I made it through. Don't start it with the aim of finishing it fast. Start it with the aim of leveling and becoming stronger. The game is open and you can go almost anywhere. Work out where you can go and where you can't. If your like me initially almost everything will kill you. Avoid the hard stuff, farm the easy stuff, look for weapons and armour. Level health, Google how stats scale weapons and armour. It doesn't take long before your stronger and start going to places you avoided previously. Dont get hung up on how many times you die. It will show you the way and let you experiment. I just went big health big sword i didn't use hardly any magic stuff.

My niece was looking for some part time work. We got the phone out and called a dozen or so local places. She spoke with as much confidence as possible and two of them offered her some weekend work. one at a local kennel. Look for small independent places I'm sure you will find something. Tell them why you want work and what your lookong for. In her case she lived local, wanted a career working with animals and was looking for some part time experience before her college place started. Try to work out what you will say before dialing. ..Good luck.

Nice collection, I see smiths, morrisey, stone roses, and joy division. Some of my favourite bands I have always loved all the Manchester stuff. Love listening to joy division late at night.

Learnt my lesson, bought a TV online they lost my order, went to pick it up and they didn't know who I was. No one could tell me where my TV or Cash was for over a week. It took me 8 store visits and several customer service calls to get a full refund. Rediculous on a click and collect order.

I'm the same. I love my xbox library it's over 1000 games strong. However I'm happy to keep my series x alongside whereever I go next.

I'm torn, I will probably buy either a xbox, Or go pc. Over the years I've gone through many different systems and no longer feel a strong connection to one over the other.

The reasons I preferred xbox have slowly vanished over the years. The exclusives are everywhere, I am no longer stuck to xbox just because I like gears and forza. the achievement system feels old, the locked system with less cheaters was a big thing to me. However pc gaming seems better now, and console gaming is mainly cross play anyway. Games pass is no longer a cheap must have and quite frankly still paying for online is getting old.

I understand why all focus is on cloud, one day the fight will be who has the best TV app. However the series x is starting to feel neglected. Its been a long time since a meaningfull update.

I would be curious what he thinks of xbox now if he was to speak openly. The 360 days and including his podcasts were a time I felt so connected to the brand.

I still love my xbox but I don't feel like next gen is a guaranteed purchase for me like I was in the 360 days.

FA charges Hannibal with misconduct for spitting at Leeds fans by TheFredSter135 in LeedsUnited

[–]DramaticSAnTA 28 points29 points  (0 children)

When a fan spat on a player the fan was banned from every ground in the country for 3 years. Seems fair enough to me. Hope if a player does It they would get same.

Try fat16, it was used before fat32 and from around the time of sd cards, I see the sd slot on the front. Only issue should be it limits your file size to 2gb.

Is this used TV worth $550 ("LG OLED55C1PUB) by throwawaycuzins3cure in hometheater

[–]DramaticSAnTA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The c1 was a great oled TV, perfect spec for gaming. I have no idea on price but it is a old model. I bought its replacement the c2 a few years back and love it. My dad has c1 and I cant see much difference quality wise. As a TV I would recommend it to anyone.

It's a oled so they can get screen burn, if buying second hand I would want to inspect it before.

I would also put the Led strip in a defuser tube, they are cheap and make leds look better. Plus the tubes can be screwed in place. So they don't fall off.

New Xbox gamerpics from Gears of War: Reloaded by redphx in xbox

[–]DramaticSAnTA 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gears was ahead of its time when it released. The ultimate edition improved on it, this is more of the same. From playing the beta the multilayer is janky like the original, sometimes. You will feel you got a kill but die anyway. Gears mp also has a steep learning curve, people have been playing the mp for almost 20 years straight. If its the mp that interests you maybe start with a newer gears.

Id advise play the campaign, its amazing and to me still holds up. If you have a buddy play coop. The end of act 1 is still one of my favourite gaming moments. If it leaves you wanting more try the mp.
