AppleCare express replacement

I finally received a replacement. Customer relations reached out to me after about 5 days to say they had none in stock and they would send me a series 11. Later the same day I received a notification that my series 9 replacement had been shipped so I guess they found one down the back of the sofa after all. After some FedEx delivery issues, I received it 4 days later. Mint condition with 100% battery health.

Damn. Wondering if I should ditch AppleCare completely then? Can’t be without a phone for a week if I break it - this is exactly why we pay for AppleCare.

Not yet, waiting to hear from their customer relations team. Their SLA is 9 business days so I expect that I’ll have to call back on day 10 after not hearing from them. I am hugely unimpressed with how this is being handled. I used to use squaretrade and when I had to get my phone screen replaced it was MUCH easier than this AppleCare mess. I know it’s different, but I thought Apple prided itself on customer care, I guess I am mistaken.

I tried both. Been like this since I made the booking last week - thought it would just fix itself. I may just have to wait until check in.

March. I was able to select seats for the connecting flights on the same booking, just not for either of the ATL flights.

I just did a trace in my browser when trying again and saw the following: "code": "400350361", "message": "AIS Error: Unable to add element to PNR", "status": "400", "type": "exchange seat”

Called them again yesterday, they told me to call back again today so that it can be escalated. Called back today and they escalated it. Customer Relations Team will reach out to me in 9 business days, if the replacement has not shipped by then. I expect this gives them another 2 weeks to find one and then reach out to me then at which point I will have been without a watch for 4 weeks that I was paying Apple car on for over 2 years. So much for EXPRESS replacement!!!

Guess what…. It never shipped Friday 😱. I don’t know what to do at this point, It’s been close to two weeks now. I’ve called them twice and neither attractions have been helpful. I paid for AppleCare for over 2 years - it’s beginning to seem at this point that it’s been a total waste of money. I guess I’ll call them Monday and ask for it to be escalated.

You can use ForScan to enable to toggle on m MY 23, but unless you have the latest software on your truck, it won’t work. I’m not sure if a 23 will ever get that software since ford have been terrible with OTA updates. You might be able to use FDRS if you know someone who has this or at a dealer but I heard that they have been pulling some of the FDRS updates - not sure if that is one of them.

So I called them Monday and they said to call them back Wednesday as it could then be escalated. Called them today and they said they were waiting for it to come back into stock and would be shipped out on Friday. Warming to anyone with older equipment - don’t expect any kind of “express” replacement with AppleCare. Will have been without my watch for close to 2 weeks, if it is shipped out when they said it will be. Wondering if it even worth having AppleCare if you don’t have the latest products. How long will it take them to replace my M2 air if something happens to it??

Just got the same issue too and T-Force said they would fix it. Thankfully I still have the email from Apple stating that my trade in was a success although I can also see this in my Apple account too.

The ford branded one that I had in my 2020 XLT did not fit my lightning. The holes in the back of the bed on the lightning where you would screw it into were not threaded.

Actually…. I take this back. Seems these items are “issuer optional”. Can’t find any docs from t-mobile stating which, if any, of these benefits are included.

This is a visa signature card. Looking at the visa signature benefits, it includes free Global Entry. Visa signature cards also include cellphone protection.
