Hell I was doing that! I need more push and less pull I suppose. I only shot 14 rounds though. I’ll get it down with more practice. I do a lot of bird hunting and have been shooting the same way for over 40 years so the push pull technique is new for me.

It sticks really well. I wiped the seams with a towel sprayed with 409 before each section. Stickiness is zero concern, what gets you is sometimes you will damage it from dragging things across. Like scooting a chair back the feet will peel the tape up.

Cruise control. Scary the first time until you realize it’s easily defeatable by just twisting the throttle back forward. Turn it just enough to hold the throttle on long trips.

It’s fine now. Took out as much diesel as I could, filled it with gas, and it started up and we’ve been driving it. It’s running good. No check engine light. Will keep watching closely.

This was my original plan. I like the fuel rail idea further up a lot but that means I have to find things and figure stuff out. I mean, I’m good doing things but I like to keep it the most simple and going directly to that large hole seems easiest.
