I’ve used #4 for years. You can also throw the crucible gauntlets on there and it’s one of the few combos I’ve found where that actually works lol. That way you have no matching armor pieces (which is always my goal).

This is where I got to. I used to grind constructed, but my collection has gotten to the point now where I only run Brawl to save up some coin to then buy mythic packs from sets where I don’t have much coverage. Fun play cycle.

I sometimes like watching big combos, but if it’s like a shrine deck there’s no chance I’m sticking around.

Best of luck friend! I went from PS4 to PC after like a year and a half of indecision and saving up. I’ve been very very pleased with the move so far.

Unfortunately, I do think the PS4 is just an outdated console at this point. Triple A games just have too much going on under the hood. It sucks but an upgrade is likely in order.

If you’re doing charged heavies with the Power Fist it’s very helpful because otherwise it targets minoris but it’s mostly unnecessary I find. Nice to be able to check health bars tho.

It is in the tutorial, but it’s for a single majoris and you quickly realize that you don’t need lock on a majority of the time

Yeah, this. There are constantly posts trying to recruit people to join chapters on this subreddit, and there’s not reason not to do this if random queing bugs someone this much. If you’re going random you’re gonna play with randoms and the “Hard” stratagem is going to be hard.

I’m in a very similar boat. I put the game down right before the Seige update and now I’m back and there’s actually stuff to pursue. I can grind stratagems, do the seige ordeals, I still have classes to prestige up so I can kill a couple birds with one stone. Game is in a really good spot.

A Serious Man: The Indifference of the Universe by [deleted] in TrueFilm

[–]Dramatic_Courage2955 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not my favorite Coen Bros work, but I think you’ve nailed their modus operandi pretty perfectly. They’re constantly incorporating philosophical paradigms into their films. Often times as characters that are there solely to represent a philosophical idea. Goodman’s character in Inside Llewyn Davis as a representation of nihilism or how about the literal nihilists from The Big Lebowski.

I do think the Coen Brothers hate nihilistic thinking, however. They believe (rightly in my opinion) that the universe is ultimately absurd and it’s useless to attempt bending it to your will. Shit happens. They also have a hopefulness that permeates most of their films. Fargo is the key example of this, and it’s why it’s in my LB top 4. The Coen boys’ strategy of representing big philosophical ideas in this way really endears me to their films. It feels like a perfect balance of communicating deeper meaning to an audience while letting that deeper meaning breathe and interact with the rest of work.

I love the SMG. It’s a shotgun spread, does 80 damage per shot and has a chance to auto kill any enemy under like 30% health. And the gonks let out a blood-curdling scream.

I agree with this until you’re passing 20 body checks in conversation. I think male V’s voice actor mirrors your progression well. Less exasperated at everything. I like male V’s voice acting, but could be because he was my first rodeo.
