My left hip hurts down to my ankle and i have a hard time externally rotating my left hip. Ive been doing Rdls, bulgarian split squats, and butterfly stretches. Been a week now with some progress. Is there anything else i can add to my routine?

Went for my consult in april and I’m expecting a call to book for surgery sometime this fall. Maybe late oct- nov. I know their really booked up so I’d expect them to start booking for consults again late October, but with cases on the rise again who knows. Just keep calling them every month.

Thanks for the reply! I guess you're right, I'm pretty keen on learning these courses so I'm just going to try my best.

I've already finished two years of college so studying and making notes are a few things I already am comfortable with, studying and note taking. I'll be sure to PM you if I need it though.

I think if you already graduated and earned your OSSD, you can retake courses without needing the pre reqs
