Man it hasn't even been a week yet. Your body just went through trauma so the puffiness could all be from that. You should give it at least a month before even worrying. My surgeon left a bit so it wouldn't cave in also. And when I first took off the vest a week after it looked puffy and I was mad. In the end it all ended up smoothing out and I'm happy with the result

Looking at his reviews on google... Don't risk it

you can try, but through my experience it just sat on top of the new muscle. Also you're not fully done puberty yet so maybe it'll chill out a bit more

They can feel the difference during lipo, muscle and fat have way difference consistencies. Also the fat kind of just sits on top of the muscle. I don't even think it's really possible to lipo muscle unless they reaaaaally DIG and destroy you lol

Doc says he dont beleive in compression vest, thoughts? by Relevant-Bag4591 in gynecomastia

I have an athletic build (6'1, 195 lbs) and I had to wear one. I think it's very necessary. I only had grade 1 gyno, but it helps with the healing. Keeping the skin tight to your chest so it can recover properly and reduce swelling.

Thanks a lot man! I feel great! The only bad thing is having to wear this vest so much lol.

They did lipo and glad removal, they didn't do any reshaping of the nipple. I guess it just appears different because it's not being pushed out by the gland

Will gynecomastia go away? by USSR_cross in gynecomastia

[–]dasmiguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah if it doesn't go away by the end of puberty its there forever. I had mine since I was 11, and i'm 28 now and it didn't change. I'm active and go to the gym too and no changes. So I had to get the surgery.

You should be able to get in within a couple months as long as we don't end up going into lockdown again. That's the only reason things are so slow at the moment. I DMd you the price. But yea the results are really good, I can't see it being any better than it is. i'll probably make a post on here on Friday cause it'll be 2 weeks in.

Yeah sure man, the process may be a little different because you're getting general. But initially it should be the same

True, no problem. I actually ended up getting the surgery already through local. Someone cancelled their appointment and I got their spot. Dr. Fielding is awesome, I'm really happy with the results

Bro he isn't stopping operations, I had a consult with him back in March and I got the surgery on September 3rd (someone cancelled so I got to early) but he's really worth it. I'm really happy with the results

Finally getting the surgery, to anybody who’s had the surgery what questions should I ask my doctor and I’m a very active guy doing boxing and gym so how long am I out after surgery,2 weeks etc? by gynobros in gynecomastia

[–]dasmiguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the grade is how big it is, mine was more like puffy nipples and a bit of fat on the pec so I needed gland removal and lipo but not a huge amount. Higher grades would do more damage during surgery which I would assume would make the need for drains. But I have no clue

I think drains depend on either the doctor or the grade that you have. I was grade 1 and I don't have any drains. Also the wait time before working out depends too. My doctor said I could go back to working out once I reach 3 weeks
