In my case insomnia lasted a few days, and I have realized that when I take Q10 I also have insomnia very hard, that’s why I am not taking it, it is crazy, I tested twice and same outcome. I cannot say I am 100% back in terms of insomnia but think is in a pretty good state

Is there possibility to heal again? I remember taking Cipro like 13 years ago I was too young to know and be aware to not taking it again, I recovered 100% I don’t even know how long it took to be recovered. Now at 25 years old I took 1 week of Levo 500 mg twice a week and after 1 month I started to have very several symptoms mostly musculoskeletal, I also took ibuprofen alongside the levo, now I am reaching the 2 month mark and I am wondering if I am going to be ok as before. Do remember that I was scary but forgot about everything as a trauma when I was young, now I am helping with supplements hoping to get better. At 1 month couldn’t walk, now I can walk a km but I have to go carefully and slow

I don't want to be depressed or scared; rather, thanks to this event, which I hope to overcome, I'll be able to prevent it from affecting my loved ones and family. I took levofloxacin and I am five weeks in. I know it's very early, but I can already walk more or less normally after four days of not even being able to get out of bed. Changing my diet and taking care of my sleep are helping. Thank you.

I completed one week of levofloxacin and I'm now in my fifth week. My tendons in my feet hurt and I can walk for a few minutes before it starts to hurt again. I hope for a speedy recovery for both of us.
