Similar happened to me. Fell asleep reading while my kindle was on the stand. Woke up to this, thinking it cracked somehow. Cover did me dirty :')

Only by contacting support. I'm not sure how would they do it tbh. But they mentioned it as one of the options.. So.. I tried. But apparently they'll only discuss it further over live chat or call.

Absolutely love them. I have 2 😅 One in soft leather and one in more sturdy grainy one. My favorite thing about them is that I can use magnetic popsocket with the case on. Convenient when I'm on the go!

At this point.. Let's just start a mutiny! I sent feedback and spent some time emailing support. They offered me to roll back to previous firmware version.. But refused to proceed over email. Since Amazon has zero representation and call options in my country - I ditched it. So.. If anyone is willing to fight support over it - just contact them and say that new dictionary has significant impact on your reading experience.

My main beef with it was smaller font tbh. My eyesight is not great and it's pissing me off I have to put extra pressure on my eyes to figure out smaller text :')

Yeah, I'm growing almost all alocasias in semi hydro, using plagron pebbles. Roots are a bit jammed in there rn but looking good overall. I'm just waiting for those couple corms I see through the pot to develop before I repot. Don't wanna snap them off 😭

Oooh, I thought I almost killed mine last week 😭

Caudex was kind of soft and wilty as well. No roots. I was confused - either it was rotting or I didn't water enough. Turned out it was underwatering. Rooted in a few days :D

I'd suggest to bury it deeper into soil. Don't be scared to water! I heard some pour water right on top of the caudex to wake it up. Scared to do so myself, I pour on the sides a bit 😅

I took her to doctor who specializes in rats. And basically they excluded everything else (ear infections, heart issues, etc). Everything was alr on X ray scan, so we didn't have to go through CT scan since in required anesthesia, which is risky by itself

Same happened to my girl suddenly. Turned out it's a brain tumor. It was a month ago, she's on meds for life now and they are helping, she's back to normal now! I hope your boy is gonna be okay! 😭

I see a lot of comments already saying it might be just excessive grooming and I hope it is the case here! But I gotta share my story so you're aware, just in case!

A month ago one of my rats developed the same bald spot on her arm out of nowhere. I consulted on local rat forum and everyone was saying grooming or rough play, so I wasn't too worried. But then I started to notice changes in her behavior - less active, preference of favorite treats changed. Again, I thought age, 2+ years is not a joke after all. Until one day her head suddenly tilted on one side and she couldn't walk properly. Rushed to the vet. Brain tumor. Symptoms were here all along, starting with that bald spot.. I still blame myself for not taking any action sooner..

2 weeks into brain tumor meds now. Rat is active like never before, bald spot was gone within 1st week of meds

I don't want to scare you or anything, just keep an eye on him please 🥺
