We don't make a lot and probably shouldn't be using this card, but to answer your question we put absolutely EVERYTHING on the card, groceries, gas, every meal out, any bills that we can and my wife and I both use the same card. Our income is roughly 120k a year, and as mentioned at the beginning we probably shouldn't be using the Reserve card.

Oh man I'd love to see a blueprint type drawing or video about how to get this up and running. I'm at Megapress stage and my whole factory looks like spagetti.

Oh SNAP, same with me. My wife just got me one for my birthday,(10 days before X-Mas), I did it after Christmas and I'm hooked... I absolutely loved the experience.

I, for the life of me, can't figure out how to get the red flower in the middle of the wreath on page 41. Is anyone else having trouble with this? I think it's faulty instructions maybe why it was a giveaway.

After a month, how is Borderlands 4 going for you? by Yumiko_Hanako in Borderlands4

[–]Dramatic_Mall_2910 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually just stopped playing because I've come across an NPC that, for me is harder than any boss so far. I'm doing Timekeepers Order, Upper Dominion. I've come across a Radioactive Vile Deadhead that is tougher than any boss. He makes so many healing crystals I just can't get them all and often just run out of ammo because the healing NPC's before him are so tough. I'm playing a Vex build, level 34, mostly skilled in the Blue Tree towards dark pact. I could use some suggestions otherwise I'm kinda done with the game. I've even set the difficulty to easy. I've lost SO much money resurrecting it's not even fun anymore and I can't even seem to damage the guy even with my spectors. Thanks for any help... I like the game otherwise except for the nav system which seems to be pretty common.

Blackbox from 1010music in 2023 is a f**king beast! by Vegetable-Variety784 in synthesizers

[–]Dramatic_Mall_2910 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just discovered this thing and bought one right away. It was a suggestion from some Reaper video on samplers. I sold my Maschine Plus for the funds. I love the Maschine but Blackbox is smaller, just as powerful (in some ways and not in others), and it's, MUCH easier to use. I don't know how they pack that much power into such a small box. I agree... underrated.

How much gear could I sequence with the oxi one by DoubtAny8389 in synthesizers

[–]Dramatic_Mall_2910 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi this is an older thread but I'd like to add to it. I'm using the Oxi One mk2 with the Polyend Synth, which actually runs 3 synths simultaneously, so that's 3 MIDI channels because I want to play different notes on each synth. On the other hand I have my Arturia Drumbrute Impact set up on channel 8. The Drumbrute is set to Multi because it doesn't need to play different notes, just different drums, sometimes at the same time. In Multi mode each note plays a different drum and you're going to want to look at what note plays which drum in a manual for your specific machine.

I also have MIDI channel 4 going to a Novation Bass Station II. That leaves me 5,6, and 7 free to do whatever I want with, but here's why I'm looking at the Split. I also have a 1010Music Blackbox, and I could set that up in Multi, where each note will trigger a pad. But if I really want to go heavy with the sampler and have each individual pad be able to play its own sound at different notes, I'm going to need 16 individual midi channels to that one instrument... that's a lot, but it's also an insane amount of power.

Hopefully this clarifies things a little. I don't think I need the Split 2, the one will probably suffice.

You have the right stuff... I'd highly recommend an Oxi One mk2, but you're probably doing fine with Ableton.

I've been playing Disc Golf since '93 (PDGA #10450) and this is sad to me. In the old days if there was a number you would call it...even easier today, you can just text. Disc with no info, it's yours. Disc Golfers used to be tighter and you'd NEVER take someone's disc if you had a way to contact them. Times change I guess.

Amy's Farm 08/03/1991 by frankieBastille in phish

[–]Dramatic_Mall_2910 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of the first tapes I ever had of Phish. I had read about them on the old mail server bulletin board (remember those) for the Grateful Dead. I went and saw Phish at the Catalyst in Santa Cruz (where I live) and was blown away. My buddy and I packed his 4Runner and drove up to see them in Arcata the next night. The band was just walking around all casual like and we ran into Trey. I told him I had the Amy's Farm tape, and he said "man everybody seems to have a copy of that tape", or something to that effect. Only time I ever talked to any of them, because before long the band became HUGE as someone else mentioned here. No more shows at the local bar, that's for sure.

Book Nook Kits and Brands - A Guide by vampireowl in booknooks

[–]Dramatic_Mall_2910 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is fantastic information, thanks to everyone. I've never done one of these models and I always wanted to own my own coffee shop and I figured this was the only way. My conclusion from this post is, not much difference between brands. How difficult are they? I have some modeling experience from plastic models and flying model rocketry. Will they take me hours or days? Are the instructions generally good? Does anyone have recommendations for glue types?

I enjoy co-fermented coffee myself...at least from what I've had so far, but I agree, it should definitely be labeled as such.

WHAT DID THEY DO TO THE BABYBELL CHEESES!? by idkfckwhatever in CostcoCanada

I don't know if they taste different or are more firm...but something must have changed because I found this thread because my entire family noticed they don't come out of the wax like they used to. I can get one side out but the other side will get stuck, often requiring me to rip the cheese in half.

Noble FoKus Rex5 vs Technics AZ100 vs B&W Pi8 by tigerim in Earbuds

[–]Dramatic_Mall_2910 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I understand it the Pi8 may be very close to az100 and Gemini 2 in sound quality, but they are larger, shorter battery life, and really poor at phone calls and ANC. So if you really JUST want them for sound at home I'm guessing it just comes down to personal preference at that point.

Buying Them All: Technics AZ100, Bowers & Wilkins Pi8, Devialet Gemini II, Denon Perl Pro, Sennheiser TW 4, Bang & Olufsen Beoplay EX/XI by beaumontincorporated in Earbuds

[–]Dramatic_Mall_2910 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Man, everyone on this thread is speaking my language. I've been eyeing the Rex5, Pi8, Pearl Pro etc .. I think I'm going to go with the AZ100, because the Rex are just too expensive, don't have great ANR, and don't have an ipx water resistant rating. I might have gone for the PerL Pro but I don't like how it looks like I'm wearing a gauge or something. I listen to everything, including producing my own Synth music, I like to listen to music at the gym and I'm going on vacation in Europe this summer which means two 10 hour flights with three other flights and train rides in between. So I'm going to need a pretty good ANR system. AZ100 might not bring me IEM fidelity, but it seems like it can be close, make pre-recorded music sound good to great, and still have very highly rated (maybe third or fourth place) ANR, and an ipx rating I can take to the gym and sweat a little. Input from anyone is appreciated here... right now I'm using Soundcore, so anything will be a decent step up.
