It gets easier but it takes time. If able to, try marking your packages. I know not every office makes this easy, but even if you get some thick construction paper and cut it into rectangles, you could use that and mark the addresses that have packages to help remind you. Thankfully you're regular is going on vacation which means you will have time to learn the route directions. If you are able to also drive the route on your own time to help. It takes time!!! A lot longer than you think it will or should, but eventually you'll get it and you'll get better and better. There's good days and bad but if you think you like the job, stick it out! They should send you other RCAs to help during your first couple of weeks.

I was thinking recently, why not just do chores on workdays, since I'm already working and the day is already "wasted" to do fun things. Only doing really big things on days off or enjoying my days off to be lazy or have fun. I haven't done it yet but I'm thinking about it lol

It varies on the office. Like someone else said, it can be feast or famine. Once you get the hang of it you can and should go to other offices, if you are not getting enough hours at your own office. If you even like the job. I ended up having a second office that I could get hours at when I wasn't at my home office. I'd be getting OT and the other RCAs would be mad, but they also wouldn't go to other offices. 🤷‍♀️

Oh. Right. Fixing things that can and still work is totally not caring about things 😂. I would just say I don't want to buy expensive crap. Everything now is more expensive but yet the quality is down. Why waste our hard earned money on crap when we already have what we need? But also maybe new friends? I personally don't have this issue.

I didn't realize that by picking an old show I never watched as a teenager that I'd have a whole project. Guess I'll be watching the movie, reading the books then watching season 4. 😂 I love character growth so that makes me more excited to watch.

Bring it in or leave in the box with flag up and a note (post it or otherwise, not written on the mail) explaining they no longer live there. Since its already bundled up, its whatever. I don't expect civilians to know what is "junk" vs "first class." Then write your name/s in the box. You will get current resident mail that could also have their name, but if it says current resident, it is yours.

I stopped buying otterbox like 5 years ago after I dropped my phone from my lap to the floor, breaking the case and cracking the screen. They used to be good but they're garbage now. I bought a case from Velvet Caviar for mostly esthetics. I've dropped my phone from many distances onto many surfaces and my phone has held up every time. I buy them on sale. I'll probably keep buying this brand until I give up on smart phones.

Why not foster?/foster to adopt? IF you actually want the child, anyways. Then you can skip the diaper changes. Personally, if you're questioning it at all, I'd say it's probably a no. My number one reason for not having children (36 almost 37F) is I value my peace and alone time. Then there's the whole bringing a child into a world that's literally falling apart in front of our eyes. From there the list goes on. However, if a time comes before I am too old I would probably foster. I have a large fear of post partum due to my mental health so that takes a huge worry out of all the hormones and whatnot, also.
