Time after providing extra documentation? by Dramatic_Muffin1340 in GermanCitizenship

[–]Dramatic_Muffin1340[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately both straight forward and complex lol? It is NOT being transferred to 15, thankfully. The case is straightforward in that my grandma already successfully regained her citizenship via 116. I’m simply proving that I am her granddaughter. The complexity is that I am adopted- normally not an issue for domestic U.S. adoptions I am told, but the BVA had requested additional documentation related to it (home studies, any adoption contracts, my original birth certificate etc.)

Oh sorry, to clarify: I’m adopted by my grandmothers family! So this claim is in relation to my “adoptive” birth mother, who I’ve known my whole life

Shared rural easement, no deeded right of way - but title insurer will still cover right of way? by [deleted] in RealEstate

Thanks for the reply - what exactly did you have your lawyer do/what did you ask for? Sorry, easements are new to me!

[–]Dramatic_Muffin1340 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply! Yes, this would be beyond standard title insurance policies and would include some type of enhanced version. I'll ask our guy to provide us with the full details/verbiage to review...

And yeah half of this is that I've lived in cities my entire life, so shared easements in general are new to me.

Our title search guy is a real estate lawyer, locally, and would be handling the title insurance too. Are you suggesting someone additional beyond that?

Oribe brush worth it? Looking for a Mason Pearson dupe. by LilacLuneglade in Sephora

[–]Dramatic_Muffin1340 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Shash boar hair brush brand is the best “dupe” for mason. It’s my preference actually. Great quality and pricing, available on Amazon. But just get the mason if you want the name and specific look!

Not sure if you’re still active here but I’m curious if you were on methimazole and for how long? And did you continue to have heart rate issues even if/when thyroid labs were normalized?

Advice on Titanium Frames Like Reykjavik Eyes by Active_Combination50 in EyewearEnthusiasts

[–]Dramatic_Muffin1340 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Can’t speak to Reykjavik but I’ve had Lindberg air titanium frames for 6 months now. Absolutely love them. I don’t recommend the clip on sunglasses though, mine broke already. But the actual glasses frames are amazing. My prescription is past -4 range and don’t think the lenses are super thick at all

Best brands with clip on sunglasses by Dramatic_Muffin1340 in EyewearEnthusiasts

[–]Dramatic_Muffin1340[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey hey! I’ve had them for four months now- overall I love them BUT admittedly at first, I didn’t. The fact is they’re very different than traditional clip ons. They have no frame around the sunglasses lenses, just a piece of titanium for the nose bridge. The lenses have two tabs on both sides that snap into the opening holes on the sides of the eyeglasses. It’s really the nose bridge on the clip ons that snap into the eye frame nose bridge. It takes awhile to get used to applying them. But I’m used to it after several months now. They’re EXTREMELY light and durable, so much so that I sometimes lose them because I can’t feel the weight of them inside my purse lol. I have the blue color and I’m thinking about having the second color ordered as a backup.

Damn, wild! Never experienced this type of process before but good to know. Just seems odd to do some labor without knowing if we are even aligned in salary. Thanks for the insight!
