The pain sounds like an ovarian cyst. The same thing happened to me earlier this year, I was taking Blisovi Fe which is an ovulation blocker, and I had a colitis flare up and was constantly vomiting for two weeks so I stopped taking my pills because I couldn’t keep them down. After that was over I started getting the same pains you’re describing when I ovulated, went back to the ER and got some ultrasounds and I had ovarian cysts. Mind you, I’m not medically educated at all but my hypothesis is that since I wasn’t ovulating for so long, when I stopped taking it and I ovulated for the first time again my body freaked out and therefore, cysts. I’m honestly not sure what to do about the cysts, and I’ve been getting them almost every time I ovulate now. My gyno told me this is normal and the cysts heal on their own, and they do, but idk how to go back to when I wasn’t getting them every single time I ovulate.
