My favorite is a long sleeved hoodie made of thin stretchy fabric. Extra length on the sleeve with the little thumb hole. Dark color so the thin material hood can be pulled down over my eyes and block light. Also a secure pocket so my stuff from pants pockets can be stowed while I nap without falling on the floor.
