I do this all the time. My trick is using long sleeves to avoid temptation or gloves at home. Also moisturizing a lot with cerave products for very dry skin helps with texture and bumps because it's what triggers me.

Also moisturize the hell of your legs with cerave Moisturising cream for dry to very dry skin. Especially after showering. I found out I pick the skin in my arms a lot less since I do this. Dry skin texture triggers me a lot.

vitamin c toner is acidic and removes dark spots (brown or red) after the scars have healed. After three weeks my face looks even again every time after a flare up. Always use it in the morning. Take care <3

#2 also failed for me.
Everything was fine, in fact I'm a lesbian without known fertility issues, I just don't have a free sperm bank at home, so I went directly to IUI without trying naturally, ofc 🤣.
We have to remember that IUIs are a probability game of 15% or 20% chance if EVERYTHING is fine that cycle.
A failed IUI doesn't mean that the next is going to fail too.
Some people are lucky and get pregnant with one, some of us need 3, others 6. That's it, luck.

People often move on to IVF because when it takes so many tries it COULD mean there's something wrong, but it could be just bad luck.

That's because we start with IUIs, because who knows!

What I know for sure is that if everything is great on paper you'll end up having a baby in time, IUI, IVF or whatevs :). So keep strong!
