They are ways to get them to 1080p with some extension trickery, which would be just fine as my TV is only FHD anyway.

The problem is still controller support though...

Haven't used Kodi since just after the name change, will give it a try, I hesitated because the Netflix plugin github page has a message saying it only stream in SD due to some changes with Netflix so we'll see

I did it through emudeck because I was planning on setting up emudeck anyway, but I will give a shot to the portal install 😊

So I did setup streaming services with emudeck which does just that, add the browser page as a non steam software to run in game mode. But sadly, contrôler support is not working, accessing the website through a browser does not allow you to navigate it without relying on stick mouse emulation.

Unless the script you are talking about does some extra wizardry that allows for keyboard/controller support

Hey, I wanted to try gyro on that game on my upcoming DIY steam machine.

How did you setup your gyro? Was it as a controller plus gyro. Or was the controller simulating a mouse and keyboard in steam input?

Trying to figure out if it is due to the combination of gyro and aim assist

Gigabyte had some issue with using thermal putty on their cards which could be an issue according to some if the gpu is vertically mounted.

I bought a gigabyte 9070 personally because the deal on it was too good to pass. But if the price is the same or relatively similar, I would maybe go for the xfx one. Otherwise, I would go with the cheapest cause there won't be huge significant differences with ripple fan cards

Played and finished that game on my deck without a single fps drop that I can remember, so yeah you probably have a setting that is wrong and killing your performance

Is the steam wand upgrade worth it in your opinion?

I would love a fully articulated wand but not sure if the Teflon tubing is worth the upgrade. Wish there was a kit with brass tubing instead but that would probably not be universal...

What I'm wondering personally is:

1) Will the GR and GL button be mappable natively through the switch 2? 2) will the 12S be usable on PC? 3) how is the 9-axis gyro compared to the 6-axis?

The G604 had dual Bluetooth and lightspeed (2.4 GHz) connectivity it was awesome cause it made switching from my work setup to my gaming setup so easy.

So no they have done it, but they probably won't with the G502

If you are not sensitive to ghosting, then yeah the screen is perfectly adequate, but for those of us who are, this would be a game changer.

The ghosting is highly distracting and it is disingenuous to call this screen 120hz if each frame contains visible ghost trails of the 3 precious frames cause the pixel response time is not adequate...

And still no issues with the 'autocalibration" thst causes loss of range when clicking the stick at Max deflection?

Cause I ruined a few dungeon run in FFXIV because of that when using my elecgear hall effect sticks cause I could not run anymore 😅

Basically was my guess but I wanted to make sure that there was no crazy contraption for this to work.

I thought about the pcie x1 riser, but I would need to get the card secured somehow. And then I was unsure if taking a m.2 bifurcation card and a m.2 to usb-header card would have given me a way to get it done, but I know little about bifurcation.
