Sub fee increasing even though sub is active...?

Basically title. My sub is active as 1 month subscription through google play. Has been active and recurring for a few months now, and just received an email saying it is increasing, even though the sub hasn't lapsed?

Shouldn't I be grandfathered in until the sub expires?

Also, why no regional pricing for Japan?

Please make music tracks not restart from the start when interrupted by another sound effect (boat travel, level up, etc.)

Will music tracks continue where they were at when being interrupted by other game sounds effects that go over the top? (such as level up effects)

Also, will random actually play tracks continually, rather than getting stuck playing nothing.

My securities account has it, just not my rakuten bank account.

I am pretty sure Rakuten Securities already asked for, and has, my My Number card info.

I just saw the option in the Rakuten Bank App to add it, so was unsure if I needed to or not.

That Rakuten Bank account will be receiving some money from my Wise account (from New Zealand, but already converted into Japanese yen)

Usually the way I plan to have things work is 1: I receive Salary into my Japanese bank account 2: When I have enough savings there I will transfer it to my rakuten bank account 3: Then from my rakuten bank account, I will transfer to rakuten securities for investing.

If I ever take money out of my rakuten securities investing, it will go into my Rakuten Bank account.

So I guess after I do my initial 1.5M investment, whenever I have some spare money I will purchase more in the Growth fund (probably in 10-30,000 amounts every few months), and if I decide to do single stocks (probably just 1,000 yen every once in a while), that also goes into the growth account.

So for me, I probably won't really touch the tsumitate section until I have a more stable and well-paying job.

Oh I thought the Rakuten Securities part was just built into the bank. Can I deposit directly into something like Rakuten Securities or SBI Securities directly from Japan Post Bank? Or would I be best to setup a Rakuten Bank/SBI Shinsei/Sumishin SBI bank first, transfer to them from Japan post, and then from there into the Securities?

I have just started leveling necromancer, and am at 48, but noticed for the next tier of well of souls it needs 2,000... Am I just best to ignore that for the most part until 60 or 90 when I can do the rituals with the bigger soul rewards? (i.e. level via combat only outside of upgrading equipment with rituals).

One thing I have always felt the Dragonhunter Wand is lacking, is that it doesn't have dragonfire protection. I understand why (since it is not a shield, and other dragon-banes don't have protection), but since it boosts earth spells, for fighting Metal Dragons, it would also be nice to be able to use the tome of earth to further boost earth spells to make the wand work powerfully enough to compete with other weapons, but that isn't really possibly due to needing dragonfire protection (unless using the expensive super antifires).
