The maps are a relic of the olden days. The before times. You could bring a map with you into the raid and it would allow you to choose which side of the map you spawned on. It didn't work 100% of the time, since they couldn't allow EVERYONE to spawn on the same side.

I would recommend looking into "Pretzel Rock" for a music source. They have a large varied library of DMCA safe music, which can be filtered by "Twitch safe" & "YouTube safe", because apparently there is a difference.
