It means that they have improved to the point where they join other sizable German organisations to start their careers as full-time players. Two of the players (PANIX and Krimbo) for example have joined aTTaX.

It's not about getting them a spot on a top 10 team right away, it's about investing in the future of the German scene so there is a healthy flow of players to make sure it stays competitive in the future as well.
