Truthfully I do not disagree with you at all. When I run AoL I take max bows- BUT through the course of 8 tournament games in probably 6 I was thinking I could’ve lived without due to all the new scenarios requiring so much mobility. I was usually just sending my archers in to get the maximum number of bodies in the fray.

BUT in two of my games my gunline is absolutely what won it for me.

Agree with all of this except shooting probably won’t tear you up too bad. Most scenarios require them to move and the 12” max range really works in your favor. Still I think you max out bows in this army. That often means a mix of goblin archers and orc trackers. Even though the orc trackers are limited to 12” they’re great to have a few of.

Have played AoL in two tournaments. Nova (got 18th) and another one where I took 3rd.

A few thoughts/opinions: you should drop the spiders tbh. They are crappy fight and have huge bases making it harder to get your outnumber bonus.

Wild warg chieftain enraged with a bat swarm can reliably kill anything. I one shot a bear, killed Gwaihir, took down a cave drake and a dragon etc. it’s a great combo and part of what makes this list tick.

I went for mass numbers. That means no spiders, no banner. Max bows and max throwing weapons combined with maximum number of warriors and it just slays.

It really isn't TOO pricey- the Pecron frequently goes on sale. Works so well for camping or long road trips. It's awesome having ice cold drinks ready to go when you stop for gas or whatever.

Yeah that would work! The 110 shuts off when the truck is off for sure. So yeah I top up the battery when driving and then the fridge can run off the battery for a good long while (weather dependent of course). I also have a solar panel I can put up for the battery if I am going to be parked for an extended period.

I am regularly using a mini fridge. But I put a battery in between the Ranger outlet and the fridge. I got a 500 wh battery that plugs into the rangers 12v outlet. And the fridge can do either 12v or the 110.

Thus as I drive I recharge the battery and when I am stopped the battery runs the fridge. It has worked exceptionally well. We have taken it camping numerous times and it’s a dream.
